Un artefacto explosivo detonó pasada la medianoche de este miercoles 29 de Febrero, el hecho ocurrió fuera de la casa de un empresario del área automotriz ubicada en las calles Eduardo Castillo con Los Cerezos en la comuna de Ñuñoa, sector oriente de Santiago.

Según la información que la policía entrego a la prensa cerca de las las 00:12 horas, un fuerte ruido alertó el sector llegando rapidamente una patrulla de la 18° comisaría de carabineros.

El artefacto habría sido instalado a un costado de una lujosa camioneta 4×4 marca Dodge, dejando daños menores. A pesar del fuerte ruido no se produjeron daños mayores, así como no se registraron personas lesionadas.

Al lugar acudieron agentes del Gope y Labocar, quienes acordonaron el perímetro restringiendo el paso a la prensa, para mantener controlada la información respecto a los hechos. Por lo mismo la policía a mantenido en reserva los datos del empresario. Según la policía la casa de este empresario tenia instalada cámaras de seguridad las que captaron una persona encapuchada que habría instalado el artefacto.

No se ha dicho con de que material estaba compuesta la bomba, solo que esta habría sido detonada de forma mecanica. Tampoco se menciono si en el lugar fueron encontrados panfletos.

Un ordigno esplosivo è scoppiato poco dopo la mezzanotte di mercoledì, 29 febbraio. Il fatto è avvenuto all’esterno della casa di un imprenditore del settore auto, all’incrocio tra Eduardo Castillo e Los Cerezos, nel comune di Ñuñoa.

Dalle notizie fornite dalla polizia, verso le 0.12 un forte scoppio ha allarmato la zona e subito è accorsa una pattuglia del 18° commissariato dei carabineros.

L’ordigno sarebbe stato collocato ad un lato suv 4×4 Dodge, provocando danni minori. Nonostante il forte rumore, non vi sono stati danni maggiori, e neanche persone ferite.

Sul posto sono accorsi agenti del Gope e Labocar, che hanno messo in sicurezza la zona. Fonti della polizia segnalano che l’imprenditore possiede delle telecamere che hanno captato immagini di un incappucciato mentre collocava l’ordigno. Non è stato detto di quale materiale fosse composta la bomba, solo che è detonata in maniera meccanica. Non è stato neanche rivelato se siano stati lasciati dei volantini.

Chile: Bomb explodes outside the home of a luxury dealership owner

An explosive device went off past midnight this Wednesday February 29th, outside of the house of a businessman in the automotive industry, located at the intersection of Eduardo Castillo and Los Cerezos in the Ñuñoa neighborhood, the eastern part of Santiago.

The businessman is the owner of the Olyaneder luxury auto dealership (oyaneder.com) with branches in Providencia and La Reina.

According to information that the police gave to the press, at around 12:12 AM, a powerful noise alerted the area and a patrol from the 18th precinct arrived rapidly.

The device had been installed at the side of a luxury Dodge 4×4 truck, leaving minor damages. In spite of the powerful noise, it did not produce major damages, likewise no persons were reported wounded.

GOPE and LABOCAR agents came to the spot, and they cordoned off the perimeter, restricting the access of the press, in order to maintain control of information with the respect to the facts. For the same reason the police reserved the information of the businessman. According to the police, the house of this businessman had security cameras installed which captured a hooded person who installed the device.

It has not been said what material the bomb was made of, only that it had been detonated mechanically. Nor was it mentioned if there were leaflets found in the place.

Later the press indicated that the apparatus was an explosive device (with mechanical activation) which was installed inside of a bag in the rear part of the 4×4 truck.
